BalancedTrust is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Standard we follow

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, and the EU Web Accessibility Directive.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) on every page.
• Keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator on all interactive elements.
• Text and interactive controls that meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios.
• Accessible names on icon-only controls; labels associated with every form field.
• prefers-reduced-motion support — non-essential animation is disabled when the visitor requests it.
• Screen-reader friendly live regions for dynamic content such as the Compliance Genie transcript.
• Descriptive titles on embedded video and alternative text on meaningful images.

Known limitations

Captions on embedded product videos are provided by the source platform (YouTube). Some third-party embeds may not fully match our internal standards. We are actively tracking and remediating these areas.
